Experienced
Sales and Marketing Executive - With a minimum of 10-15 years
experience managing the sales and/or marketing of high ticket sales
involving complex negotiations. Experience selling intangibles and/or
delivering consulting services is a big plus. This is an independent

Senior
Associate Lawyer - With a minimum of 7-10 years experience negotiating
complex High-tech, marketing/distribution, strategic alliance and/or
joint venture agreements. Mergers and acquisitions experience or
similar transactional experience a plus. This is an independent
contractor position. Must have top law firm or academic credentials
and be licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
